Meet Hannah and Daniel who opted of having a Brisbane City Engagement Session at Kangaroo Point. What a lovely couple and one of the most down to earth people I have ever met.
When I spoke to Hannah on the phone she was wondering if I would mind if she would bring her Border Collie x Blue Heeler with them for the engagement session. Of course not, on the contrary, I love it! It also happens that Blu is going to be their ring bearer on their wedding day, how awesome is that! Since Blu was coming along, we decided to meet up at a dog park so we can get some great shots of them without having to be worried about the lead. After the dog park, we used Brisbane’s magnificent skyline as a backdrop and since it was sunset time, we got treated on some beautiful skies too. The weather was perfect, not too hot since it was only Spring and the clouds gave us some much-needed shade once in a while.
One of the great things about having an engagement session with your wedding photographer is that it’s a perfect way to break the ice. You can see me in action with my gear but it’s also a fantastic way to get familiar with who I am and what I do. I recommend it even more especially if one or both of the couple is a shy person or doesn’t feel very comfortable in front of the camera.
Thank you, Hannah and Daniel, for having a fantastic time together, can’t wait to capture your rustic and romantic wedding at Adora Downs in May! XxX Karin
